Our Worldwide Facilities Network Education Where You Need It

MicroTek aims to be where you need us. That means offering you classrooms in key locations in the U.S. and overseas so that individuals in your offices can easily go to our facilities. We built a network of thousands of classroom facilities in hundreds of locations around the globe, the largest network of quality training facilities in the world.

Technology

We make sure that each classroom is equipped with the proper technology for a class. Our classrooms have the advanced computers and broadband Internet connections necessary to conduct training courses, and we continually update our hardware and systems so that we have the most appropriate and most useful technology for instructors and students. Our desktop computers feature Pentium IV processors, 2.8 GHz, 1 GB RAM, and 17-inch flat panel screens. Each classroom is equipped with digital projection systems, such as ceiling mounted XGA 2300 Lumen high-resolution projectors. For studio level distance learning, our facilities offer rooms that have satellite-equipped systems.

MicroTek facilities also have failsafe T1 lines with backup, which allows access to a totally secure high-speed hardware-based WAN. If you require a dedicated high-speed bandwidth, we offer our unique Premium Bandwidth Allocation Service (PBAS), which isolates and allocates specific bandwidth to your classroom.

Beyond the Classroom

MicroTek offers amenities that contribute to a positive experience. Each facility offers message, fax, and copier services and concierge services to assist your students with anything they need while they are away from the office. We provide students with email stations and no-charge phone banks are accessible to all trainees at our facilities, along with High-speed wireless Internet service available at MicroTek-owned facilities also allows people to remain connected via their Wi-Fi devices while in class. In addition, our facilities have separate student break areas, where we provide breakfast, lunch, and unlimited coffee, tea, and other beverages. We include all these services in the price of each room we rent to you, as we believe that these amenities will contribute to an environment conducive to learning for all your students.

MicroTek is not limited to these core services as we have consistently demonstrated to our clients over the years. A large telecommunications company, as a part of a large risk aversion project, requested that MicroTek built and staffed a 20 person registration support desk on two weeks’ notice. We not only met expectations but exceeded the support quality of the clients existing internal support.
